NEW DIRECTIONS OF LABOR MIGRATION FROM TAJIKISTAN TO THE PERSIAN GULF COUNTRIES: DEVELOPMENT TRENDS AND PROSPECTS

Currently, labor migration from Central Asian countries is acquiring new geographical and socio-demographic dimensions, flows are being reoriented to directions regions. The article considers the factors scale of emigration Tajikistan, reasons for reorientation Tajik migrants Russia Persian Gulf countries, as well interstate agreements between Tajikistan in field regulation. author cites economic geopolitical changes: on one hand, fall ruble exchange rate decline level wages terms, tightening policies Kazakhstan force some migrant workers look migration; other participation public private agents becoming more active.
